Absences

Please remember if your child is absent from school you need to send a written excuse explaining the absence.  
You will receive an automated call when your student is absent. 

THE ABSENCE NOTE NEEDS TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:  
  1. The student's first and last name 
  2. The student's homeroom teacher
  3. The date(s) of the absence(s)
  4. The reason for the absence
  5. The first and last name of the parent or guardian who is sending the email.
TWO WAYS TO SEND IN AN ABSENCE EXCUSE NOTE: (Pick only one method listed below; you do not have to do both)
  1. Written/typed excuse sent in on paper for your child to give to his/her teacher or front office OR
  2. By email to the Attendance/Truancy Clerk (see the link below)
